Before entering a contract with VON BONIN, you will receive a binding proposal including detailed information about our services and remuneration.

 

• When will the rates be charged?
  The remuneration is subdivided into several smaller rates that will be charged due to the agreed amount of councelling. The fee and rates are defined in the proposal. In contrast to personnel agents who charge their renumeration on base of a contingency fee, we charge a fixed fee for an objective and sustainable consultancy. This exclusive agreement includes our placement guarantee.
  
  
• How will the remuneration be determined?
  Comparable to a doctor, a lawyer or a tax counsellor the remuneration depends on the complexity of the task. To evaluate this on basis of our market knowledge and experience is our task after the briefing we get by your company.
