Before you commission our services you are bound to have plenty of questions. Here are the answers to the most common ones prepared in advance:
- Do you also take on search contracts on a contingency basis with a "success-based fee"?
Be honest - would you ever think of paying your doctor, solicitor or tax advisor only on success?
We do not regard our work as placement, rather as integrated consultancy. Our clients assign us exclusive contracts for a fixed fee. In return we commit ourselves to carry out the search pro-actively as far as the optimal selection of personnel.
- How is your consultancy fee calculated?
As a rule according to progress of the service, in the case of search contracts according to the scope of the previously defined services in several fee categories.
- What assurance do we have as clients, that you will find the right candidate for us?
After thorough analysis of the situation and a briefing meeting we will tell you honestly whether we will solve the problem. Only if we think there really is an chance we will take on the contract. And this is where our Guarantee comes in.

- What happens if the candidate you have placed has to leave our company within the probation period?
Fortunately that rarely happens. But on the occurence of the above-mentioned circumstances our Guarantee comes into effect.

- Which methods do you use in searching for executives and specialists?
Depending on the focused target group and the situation in the personnel market the search method will be selected in conjunction with you: media-backed search, direct approach or a combination of both methods. Further details under Search & Selection.

- Which selection procedures will you use to secure our final selection of personnel?
The applicants undergo a multi-phase selection process - from telephone-interviews via structured face-to-face interviews to authorised reference checks. More details here.

- Can you provide us with references for your work?
The feedback from our clients is extraordinarily positive. Therefore we are happy to name appropriate projects and references, as far as confidentiality obligations to the respective clients allow. Use this link for some examples.

- Do you also offer - independent of a search contract - your selection services for important staffing decisions using our own recruiting procedures?
