Our Interim Managers are members of the HIM-Pool - a network of free lance executives. To be admitted they have been previously vetted in a multi-stage aptitude test. This is how we ensure that the proper "specialist" for the client's requirements can always be offered.
Before you decide to go down this route, you should be able to deal unequivocally with the questions in the HIM selftest.
After passing the aptitude test, your route to becoming an Interim Manager pans out as follows: Once you have signed our general conditions you become a member of the HIM Pool. This membership is free of charge. However, you do not automatically gain any rights on project contracts. You become free lancer, then agree your availibility with us and the area you are prepared to work. We take care of "Marketing", contract negotiations with clients, payment, project control and coaching during the employment period. In the event of suitable requests you should be available within a few days.
